Telur Pindang


Telur pindang popular di Johor...selalu dibuat untuk majlis keraian. Telur pindang dimasak bersama bahan2 selama 2 atau 3 hari.(Hidupkan api waktu siang saja) Dimasak dengan api perlahan.

Bahan-bahan

  • Daun manggis
  • Daun serai
  • Serai
  • Daun senduduk
  • Daun lengkuas
  • Daun jambu batu
  • Kulit bawang merah
  • Kulit bawang putih
  • Ketumbar
  • Jintan halus
  • Jintan kasar
  • Asam keping
  • Kicap pekat Mee
  • Cuka
  • Garam 
  • Air

Cara-cara memasak telur pindang

Sediakan periuk besar. Susun semua daun-daun  didasar periuk.


Susunkan telur 


Susunkan daun-daun lagi. Taburkan ketumbar, jintan dan asam keping.


Susunkan telur hingga memenuhi ruang. Ulang proses hingga selesai


Pada lapisan akhir sekali, masukkan  baki ketumbar, jintan, asam keping, cuka, garam dan kicap pekat.


Lepas tu masukkan air hingga penuh. Masak dengan api perlahan.
